We are sorry to see you go. If you would like to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so directly from within the app.
- Open the Robed app on your device.
- Make sure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
- Navigate to the Settings menu.
- Tap on the Delete Account option at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm the deletion in the prompt that appears.
Important: This action is strictly permanent. All of your saved items, looks, and personal data will be completely and irrevocably wiped from our servers immediately upon confirmation.
Individual Data Deletion: You may also request that specific data (such as individual clothing items or generated looks) be deleted without being required to delete your entire account. To do this, you can manually delete items directly within the app, or contact us at the email below.
